Getting started

• Joining a club: your club gives you an invite code or link. Sign up, then enter the code to join.
• Forgot your password: tap “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page.
• Connecting Strava: open your club's Settings → Strava → Connect.

Safety

• Report a photo: open the photo and tap Report. Club admins review reports, and we act within 24 hours.
• Block a member: tap Block on their photo or comment. Manage blocked members in your club's Settings → Blocked members.
• Face recognition: turn it off in your club's Settings → Face Recognition.

Your account and data

• Delete your account: Settings → Delete account, or go to runclurb.com/account/delete while signed in.
• Privacy: read our Privacy Policy.
• Rules: read our Terms of Use.
