Terms of Use
Effective October 3, 2026
These terms cover your use of RunClurb, on the web and in the iOS app. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
Your account
You must be at least 13. Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account.
Community rules: zero tolerance
RunClurb has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Do not post, upload or send anything that:
- harasses, bullies, threatens or demeans anyone;
- is hateful or discriminatory, or is sexually explicit or violent;
- shows someone who hasn't agreed to be photographed in a private setting;
- is spam, a scam, or impersonates someone else;
- breaks the law or infringes someone else's rights.
Every member has these tools:
- Report: flag any photo for the club's admins to review.
- Block: stop seeing a member's photos, comments and posts. You can unblock them in Settings.
- Contact us: email info@runclurb.com.
We act on reports within 24 hours. We remove objectionable content, and we suspend or remove the accounts of members who post it. Club admins can also remove photos and stop a member from uploading.
Your content
You own the photos and text you post. You give RunClurb permission to store them and show them to the members of your clubs so the service can work. Only post photos you have the right to share.
Sportsbook and competitions
Club competitions, points and the sportsbook use play-money points only. They have no cash value, can't be bought or redeemed, and no real money is ever wagered or paid out.
Health and safety
Training plans and suggestions, including AI-generated ones, are general information, not medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting a new training programme. Run safely and obey local laws at club events.
Strava
Connecting Strava is optional. Your use of Strava is governed by Strava's own terms. You can disconnect at any time.
Ending your use
You can stop using RunClurb and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
Disclaimers
RunClurb is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update the date above. If you keep using RunClurb after a change, you accept the new terms.
